overview

The Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Heights Branch, has been redesigned into a bright and welcoming 27,000-square-foot space. As Brooklyn’s largest branch, it offers something for everyone. The mezzanine features a teen area with a lounge, game room, and young adult books, plus conference rooms for community events. The lower level includes a fun children’s library with modular furniture, a mural, and a multipurpose room for gatherings. With spaces for learning, relaxation, and events, the library is a true community hub.

About the product

In the redesigned Brooklyn Public Library, our LEGNO acoustical panels were used to add a beautiful wood ceiling finish. These panels help control sound in the library, creating a comfortable space for studying, research, and relaxation, all while keeping the design vision intact.
