Most of Sky Acoustics products have been tested to ASTM E84 as well as CAN/ULC S 102.1 for smoke and flame development.

Sky Acoustics has some finish systems that can tolerate high humidity environments such as natatoriums. Inquire within for more details.

We have 6 standard finishes that you can apply to our panel systems:

COATED- Acoustic coating system, standard white or any custom color

FABRIC-We can wrap your panels in many common fabrics and textiles

LEGNO-Microperforated real wood veneer

LOHA- Perforated Metal

FINTO-Printed Wood (fabric or veil)

PET- Polyester Felt

Aptus and Cumulus grids come standard in mill finish but can be custom colored to meet the design needs of your project

Yes, while many companies push a standard selection of sizes, Sky Acoustics gives you design freedom, to choose the shape and size that meets your desired aesthetic.

NOTE: our core material is 5’X 10’for fiberglass and 4’X9’ in felt.

Our COATED, systems can be matched to any RAL, our LEGNO can be matched to Millwork and our FINTO finish can be adjusted to match other existing finishes.

Although we can help guide you on product selection based on performance requirements, we are not acousticians and always recommend that you consult an acoustician for accurate and in-depth advice.

Our APTUS Mounting System was designed to make panel installation and maintenance as simple as possible. With its spring mechanism, panels can easily swing down and completely detach from the grid, making them quick to replace and just as easy to reinstall. It’s all about providing a hassle-free solution that works effortlessly.

Our APTUS Grid system is designed for easy maintenance, allowing individual panels to be quickly interchanged whenever replacements are needed. Similarly, our wall panels feature versatile mounting systems such as Z-track, magnets, or hook-and-loop, making replacements just as simple and efficient. Our ceiling and wall panel systems are designed with sustainability in mind, offering certified options suitable for a variety of environments. Backed by certifications like HPD, EPD, LEED, DECLARE, and more, our systems meet stringent environmental standards. Our core options for all our ceiling and wall systems are crafted from materials that are either made from recycled content or can be recycled, ensuring sustainability and environmental responsibility in every project.

Our “G” Series Core Fiberglass option is designed to meet LEED requirements for projects prioritizing sustainability and clean air quality. By choosing our “G” Series Core material, your project can qualify for LEED points, contributing to a cleaner more environmentally responsible design.

Sky Acoustics does provide global shipping and there are currently no shipping-restricted areas.

Due to the custom nature (made to order) of our products they cannot be placed back on a shelf for resale and thus cannot be returned.

Sky Acoustics does not have a minimum order quantity. However, it’s important to note that smaller orders may have a higher cost per unit due to production, logistics and the set-up requirements for smaller projects. Each order is carefully calculated to meet your specific needs while maintaining our high standards of quality.
